What’s Included:
9am Arrival
9.15am - 10am: 45 Mins Dynamic Pilates Session
Start your morning with this energising Pilates session. We will work on strength, flexibility and balance. This session will have you fired up and ready for your cold dip in the lake.
10-10.30am: Wild Swim
Enjoy a refreshing dip/swim in the lake followed by tea/coffee and nourishing snacks to warm up in the lakeside cabin
10.45am: Depart
